Ruth Eileen's spacious, comfortable office is part of a holistic clinic called Acu-Care and is located at 2852 Adams Avenue, on the corner of Adams Avenue and Utah Street, in the Normal Heights area of San Diego, CA 92116. There is ample parking and the location is close to the 805 and 15 freeways. She is a licensed Holistic Health Practitioner who has been in private practice since 1985. Specializing in injury care, she also does cross fiber friction, deep tissue massage, active and passive release work, PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretches, lymph drainage and trigger point work. These additional modalities are available: gentle Swedish massage, vigorous sports massage, pregnancy massage, quiet therapeutic energy work and relaxing heated stone massage. Insurance billing is provided.
